About I came up with this idea because my hubby is always looking at his watch.

I bet you can guess what the shutter speed was on the image with the clock ;-)

Two images combined in PSP VI.

I don't know how to set shutter speed, nor even what that means, but I am going to take a wild guess here... 4 seconds?

Interesting that on the second hand you don't see the movement between each second but yet, it captured the little "bounce" of the hand. That change in seconds must be incredibly fast to keep it clean between the movements.

I have only been doing this kind of thing for about.... not sure?? but its nowhere near 6 months yet! My first one was the unicorn I posted. It doesnt take long to catch on and soon you will have your own style. So just keep on playing around and having fun!!!I find PSP easy too, I've got the Coral, Photoshop, Ulead programmes but I still do my thing in PSP:) I use the others sometimes for the effects etc but do the main work in PSP:)

Hi Sylvia, thank you so much for your kind comments. I will pass the word onto the "model" about his kind twinkly blue eyes ;-) He will be much delighted.

Yes, I just recently switched over from PS Elements after trying the trial version and was very pleased with it - it seemed to have more tools and was easier to use. I am really loving it. You of course are much better at it then I could ever dream to be... your work is so inspiring! Thank you also for the 7/7 rating :-) :-)

Best wishes,
Brigitte

Hi AJ! Thanks so much for your comment... I am trying hard to be a little "clever"... I think you have to in order to get get better at photography. Partly I have you to thank for the inspirational photos and comments you leave here at UF. I see your wheels are always spinning... and it's really nice that you share your knowledge... it helps me a lot, as I'm sure it is helpful to others.

I see your frustrations were rewarded today with a nice "droplet" image. Like I always say "if there's a will there's a way"...just keep at it! Congratulations!
