This effect is a gimicky little trick. With that said Subha this is great. This is the time and place for a little creative zooming to add something special to a photo. Well done.

Yes you are right - this one is right up my alley!
You have said you used bulb setting 30-60 secs. Did you zoom your lens towards the end of the exposure to get this effect? I say this because everything else is very clear and recognizable. I can learn a lot from this suberb shot. Well done.
