Thanks for your comments. When I first saw the shot, it reminded me of scenes in the 1982 sci-fi movie 'Blade Runner'.

Thanks for your comments. The only post processing was to brighten the image a little. I used a 2 second exposure, but should had tied something longer, like 3-5 seconds. When the shot was taken, the fog was just rolling in and the fog was only at the top portion of the building. The shot was taken about 11pm and I was lucky to catch the fog.

Did you do any post processing or were the effects created just by the long exposure and mist/clouds towards the top of the building?
