About	This fly of some sort jumped off of a plant and into the grass while I was trying to photograph him, so after him I went. Shot this with the camera about an inch above the ground.

Really nice shot Pete. Insect stands out nicel with the soft background. This is how macros should be shot. Also like the single blade of grass he is resting on, gives a good vertical line.

Interesting work, but the DOF is too shallow (it's always shallow under such circumstances, but you could have tried to use smaller apertures)
