Keith,

Anything I can learn about Photography is a plus... hehehe...

So you got a new toy? Congrats and I know how old the lens is, but I thought the camera was the new K10D...

Well done indeed, and please check out my street photos done last Saturday?

Martin

Martin. Sorry for not explaining properly. I used the old manual 1.7 50mm Pentax lens on my K10D. Body was digital but lens would be about 30 years old. Thanks for the interest my friend. Keith

Hi Martin. It is my old genuine Pentax lens off my M E Super. It just clips straight on and i use it in manual. Not sure about about Cannon and Nikon but im sure there old prime lens would fit with an adapter. Must be someway around it. Cheers Keith

Keith,

By the way is this a Tokina lens made by Pentax, or an older manual focus piece of glass? I did read where Pentax was manufacturing some glass for Tokina regarding Nikon and Canon body mounts... ;)

Keith,

I agree with Nicki, WOWWWWWWWWWWW... A bit too close for me using a 50mm. I would have used a 600mm... hehehe

You must share with me how you got such a sharp capture with the 50mm f/1.7? Please? I was looking for a prime lens, that would work on my 10D & 20D.

I compromized and bought the Tonika 10-17mm DX last weekend, but after seeing this wonderful capture I am having 2nd thoughts regarding my purchase... ;(

Well done indeed my friend,

Marty
