hi Nick,
nobody will never know that ace will have this personage...
and it is this that gives a good mystery to the sculpture,
on the color:
I have used a virtual filter color sepia-red, after to have rendered the photo in black and white,
and to the end I have increased little a contrast of the colors ,

The combination of great details and that amount of unreal solarisation-like fuzzyness makes it look so strange in its monochorme tones, Diego! A very special image again. A mixture of photography and painting that maximizes its effectiveness at the black region - there where a face should be. And the spectator imagines a face kept in the dark, closed to itself, knowing something that nobody else might even think about. The vibrating texture of the "cloth" is making this even stronger, up to the point that some dark whisper says something that sounds as strange as a human language!
How did you achieve this extraordinary coloring?

Oh this is scarry! THis haunted position in combination with the light and shadows that hides the face frightens me. Still it also bears the possibility of other expressions. Rather suggestive.
