Pardon my ignorance -- too dark?
Are you interested in greater definition in the sky behind the buildings...I think the detail here is sufficient, the pull of reflected light off the river is very good.
I like it very much.

Yep a little too dark Rob, I'm sure you shot this in RAW and can rework the original, only play with the top half of the photo as the water colour is good, maybe increase the Saturation by 5-10 in the water though when you lighte nthe top. POV is good BTW.
