About	Yep, he put up a fence. A pretty crappy fence at that. Look at those posts... tilted, off-plumb... and cheater boards to tie the sections together. MM said to me tonight, "Why would he put up a privacy fence and only make it 4 feet high?" I have no answer. And here is the kicker... Why would he go to the trouble to put a gate in the fence? He is not welcome on my land... he ain't gonna be invited in this life or the next. Silly man.

Yes. Same here. I would have to pay half the cost if it were ON the property line. But this fella kept it back a few feet and it is on his side only. That crappy fence is not one inch on my side. I pay nothing.
