About The other morning I was looking out the front window and this deer was looking in at me... We had quite the stare down for a very long time since I went to get my camera and took several pictures.. only until I opened the door and headed outside would she leave, along with her brother :)) They are getting very big on eating all the flowers in the garden around here.... and as much as we like them... we don't like that :((

Michele... I would think with your age and experience, you would know by now how to avoid any more love smitten deer from hanging out around your statue. Paint the nose of the statue red. They all hate that. The whole Rudolph urban myth thing, you know.

Thank YOU Bill I do live outside the city limits...but these poor guys are all over town these days.. no where for them to go with all the new construction their homes are now gone:((
Funny how those windows do seem to appear clean in an image but when I look at them they don't look nearly as good !!!!
Take Care,
Michele~

Nice capture and coloring, Michele. Is the one with the antlers laying in the foreground a lawn ornament? Maybe the real one just fell in love and thought the one with the antlers was playing hard to get.

Good job with the lens you have. I have a hard enough time with a telephoto, much less my 18-55.

What a dream having them there in your garden, Michele - a beautiful place by the way:-) I would do all that I could to make them come and eat out of my hand:-) My aunt also has deer in her garden eating all the flowers which is annoying when loving flowers so much.
Anyway very good shot!
Take care

Thank You dear Srna. It really is sad here becasue this area is growing and the animals have no where to go... We have heards of Elk that run thru the yard too BUT they are bigger than horses and soo very wild !! These baby deer would be like a dog and sit on the porch if I encouraged them:))
I appreciate your thoughtful comments my dear as always :))
Love,
Michele`

Oh my dearest, how beautiful they are Michele !!!! I would let them eat all of my garden just to have the chance to be so close with them :))) They are gorgeous ... unfortunately much more than many people are :( I am sorry I do have to say that but I do feel like that and this is so very sad :(((( If people just can be more aware of them self's ... not all people ... but those who are not aware of badness they do in this world !!!!
Beautiful shot my dear !!!! Thank you for making me thinking :)))))
7/7
Love
Srna
