Annemette I can relate to your about completely. While I have no trouble photographing others, I am not the greatest fan of having my photo taken. I find that if 'I' am the one taking the self-portrait, I am more comfortable, as I have more control over the finished product.
I love dressing up (or down!! LOL) and playing around in my imagination also.
I think you have done a fantastic job with this very intimate self-portrait. It is truly beautiful and very lovely to view.
Congratulations on a superb image, and good luck on your journey of self-discovery thru' your lens.

why shy? I don't have anithing to be shy, at the opposite you must be proud.. other then a beautiful body you have a great idea to show it and in very expressive and symbolic work. this another beautiful work , very well elaborated.. great idea but also great skill with photoshop
