Thanks for the nice comments. If you've never been to a bug show...you don't know what you are missing. INCREDIBLE LITTLE CRITTERS from all over the world on display (mostly from the rainforest) Even if you don't like the spiders, the trip is well worth it just for the butterfly display outside. They have over 30 species in an enclosed tent that you walk through and view with beautiful flowers and landscaping inside for great photo ops. The "butterfly display" runs through Sept 07. A MUST SEE if in L.A.

Hi Laurie,
I really like how you used the DOF to make the butterfly stand out amongst the bright color of the flowers. So many times people look at a butterfly briefly but never take the time to enjoy the beauty and detail. Your photo allows all the wonderful detail to be appreciated.
