About	A member of the BLUE TONGUE that I posted recently. This one was sunning himself on the road 500 miles from nowhere, if I hadn't swerve, he would have been STILL there... they grow to about 12 - 15 inches ( 30 -40 cms ) long, with a FAT body ( probably why he wasn't going to move off the road!)

Yeh, travelling at a rate of knots in the Outback of OZ, you can see why I almost 'got' him as he blended in with the road color and texture (I had to back up a way after I hit the brakes!)
