I like the pose, but the lighting seems a bit hot. It needs a bit more contrast to make the shadows more dramatic. Still a nice shot.

I'm no model photographer, but she seems really at ease & the lighting looks perfect to me. The eyes are beautiful & she's wearing just a hint of a smirk. A good portrait IMO.

I like the eye reflections, and the BG colour. The angle of the subject's head is also good and she looks very natural and comfortable, a real important factor for good portraiture.It looks like there is a sort of glow or halo around her head coming from behind, especially when viewing the thumbnail.
