Brilliant macro, Paul. The saturated color and the selective focus make this a standout picture. I would have preferred a bit less of the bottom portion of the photo (about 10 to 20 percent crop from the bottom of the frame) to avoid any sense of being top-heavy. However, the blurred stem and greenery at the bottom also act in favor of balancing the light/dark and the color. Tough choice.
