The link gives a technique similar to mine but with more images to combine you have a greater choice of colors. The cheapest way to get photoshop is to get a legimate ,unregistered copy
[not sure which number right now]and buy the latest upgrade.I have PSP too but don`t use it.
Thanks for the link.Takew care

Thanks Robbie - sounds like a cool process...unfortunately, I'm stuck using Paint Shop Pro for the time being. This program is very similar to Photoshop, but a bit more simple. That being said, PSP doesnt have the IMAGE>APPLY IMAGE option. It does sound a bit like the process listed here tho http://www.sxc.hu/blog/post/747

Thanks for your wonderful comments Adam,my work flow was 2 or more color images and 1 b%w image. All of them to be fully processed, then use this
IMAGE/APPLY IMAGE and blend the b&w with one color
image changing the source, opacity and images to get the best image to your liking.Select all the images as the main one and blend with the others.
If you notice there is more b&w tones than you can get doing a color conversion.Hope this helps,if you don`t fully understand it let me know.
Take care
Robbie

Another beautiful Blue IR Robbie ....My personal favorites... and the river looks soo nice like to swim in , and the trees of course look covered in snow but the tree in front which frames most of the image ( that everyone is talking about)makes me feel as if I am peeking thru the banks of this lovely river, just listening to the sounds of the birds, and taking a little nap :)) I love this image Robbie- It's very well composed , and makes you want to be there....
Take Care,
michele~

Thanks for that wonderful comment Anson, this was taken at Homosassa Park.It is a three image stitched in PF just like the other one.
Technique was one color & one b&w,Apply Image
in CS2 and blend to my liking.Gaussian Blur,Edit..
Fade.If you have CS2 try the Shadow/Highligjht filter, awesome to open up shadows.
Take care
Robbie

Colors here altogether establish a very ethereal, moody, place. Framing of the river itself by the bent bow of the tree directs the eye out to the right. Subtle blending of the green reflections into the blue river is very beautiful. All in all a superb IR, Robbie. Is it the Hillsborough River? Anson
