Thanks Anson,this was shot a long time ago at your suggestion.The Dimage for B&W IR is one of the best....Simple Awesome!! I shoot b&w side by side with the D70/IR losing nothing in comparison,plus I can compose with the R72 on and push to ISO 400 shoot handheld if I choose to.Looking for another one to stock up,at under $150 a bargain!!!

Just can't bury that old Dimage, can you, Robbie. It still did a great job on this one, especially on the clouds. Great tonal range in both plants and reflections, with the inky black water framing the reflections. I like it a lot. Regards. Anson

Wow, a wonderful scene for IR photography !!
Now i would have chosen for more fluffy sky here, as the reflection in the pond is much too dark in comparison.. Peter

Absolutely great, again that contrast that gives the IR is great, the darkness of the VERY reflected water and the brightness of the ground - trees, I like how these two areas 'connected'!!!

Very peaceful composition Robbie.... the B+W IR always reminds me of snow - or mostly - I like it as it looks so clean and fresh.... The clouds are the feature here for me - but very nice reflections in the water and the pretty trees too...ahhhh it's a beautiful image I enjoy viewing Robbie !!
