Hi Sam, thanks for the comment,much appreciated. I had a look at your folio, and I like the one with the 3 chefs vey much, I suppose its because at the moment I am working with a Chef who has 2 Michelin Stars in a new venture of his here in Valencia, and he is a bit of a nut case ( I knoe you Dutch have a good knowledge of English, and therefore donīt need to explain this) I have a mad photo of his, but to protect the innocent, I canīt upload it yet,well. not until he has paid me enough money...Oh, his name is Nazathario
