Hi Suavi, back again, I had forgotten that I had made comment on a previous posting of this image. I'm getting old and the memory isn't as good as it once was :-(
Once you have converted your image to grey scale and then converted to RGB. Use adjustment layers for all your manipulation, this allows you to go back and make further adjustments if it doesn't work out as you intended.
Once you are happy with the result you can save the image as a PSD file or any other format. JPG for the net but you may have to reduce the image size for the site requirements.

Very nice, I like the composition and the similarity in the poses. Nice arrangement and the conversion from color to B&W is good but IMHO it could do with just a little more tweaking.
Having said that, my monitor is calibrated but it may need re-calibrating as it is over a month since I last checked it.
I use photoshop CS2 and make most adjustments just using levels and curves with occasional brightness and contrast and sharpening. I am no expert with photoshop but try to learn something new every day simply by experimenting.
Here is my take on your composition, whether it is any better as far as tonal values go, I leave up to you. Your comments would be much appreciated.
