What a great shot, a great reflection and the water so clear that it gives you the impression of the feet actually moving (which they were) One of the first photos I have seen where you could actually see a reflection and under the bird at the same time.

I think the shadows on the duck really add to the image. I like your composition also, just a bit off center. You have captured the duck nicely and the color and details are really nice!
