I've done work with my fingers and with glasses interposed between the camera and subject. Reaching and Plasma are examples of this (fingers and glass resectively).

Thank you for your comments on my other photos. I have some motion studies under my, Glass, folder here. But I have much more at my scenic-route.com website. And under Photos, Bands, there is a dragged shutter crowd shot, which shows the same sort of 'strobed' motion illuminated by moving spots. I plan to put others up soon.

Shirley - Thanks. I was pretty happy with this series. I really don't recommend eating rotting meat. Very icky. Unless you cook it a lot and use a strong sauce. Mostly this was inserted to see if anyone really reads my About. I have my doubts.

Like this a lot, James! (What's with the 'rotting meat' comment?)

Fabrice - Thanks for taking a look. Nearly all of the motion you see in this shot is produced by me moving the camera. Of course the guitar player is moving his hands/fingers, but major shift comes from the displacement caused by moving the camera.

The multiplayer .. This is a nice shot. Is the micro moving too? The player is abble to play guitar and keep the micro too? :)..
