Thanks James; I thought long and hard about the armchair, for some reason I liked the other hand as part of the composition. I will try to find the original and experiment with other crops or check other pictures I have of her. Maybe, a better idea could be to arrange a photo shoot with her outside the boardroom. :-)
The background is heavily burned.

It's a great angle for her. Very powerful. I'm not happy with the arm of the chair, however. I think I'd crop between her right elbow and her left wrist--somewhere around that line seems right.
Interesting background. Is that natural?
