Hi John,
The sky that evening was amazing, the colours ranged from very pale pastel pinks with yellow to this fiery red colour. I just stood there and took photos for about 45 minute. I am glad you like it, thank you for you lovely detailed comment

Fantastic sky, really amazing colors and great details and the sun gives so great the details of them because of the lighting angle on them, absolutely beautiful...oh God...that looks like red...cotton!!! :-D

The sky that evening was amazing, it started out a very pale pink, then it got golden tones with grey and finally this red and black. I got so many gorgeous shots that I didnt know which one to upload.

Hallo Sylvia, It suits well with the point of the image,the combination of light and dark has made an eye-catching illustration,the colours are terrif,I don't know if more sharpness on the clouds would make it better - I just have the feeling that it was a good choise to let them be a bit soft...:) Groetjes,riny
