A little more of the pavement and that railing in the foreground, Dirk, at the expense of a bit of sky over the buildings, and it would have been simply a class of its own. But this doesn't mean that the photo isn't good as it is. Actually it has much of the elements that make the atmosphere of some particular scene "feelable". The persoective and the depth really make one's eyes wander into the photo.
