As a CC image, I think it's very interesting. It's a puzzle, for a moment, wondering how it was shot into that window. It's interesting that the store clutters its floor with the shoes. The colors make one take notice. And as a reflection, it's a number of photos in one, as well. I think it's very well done, and an excellent photograph of a reflection. I think I'd have just called it - Shoe Store.
I thought the tone was a bit 'faded', and thought that cropping out the right would keep things straighter and less distracting, as shown here:

I like the color version better, the red is attractive to, thats is where you are looking at too.
