Yes, as I told Mary the local area is somewhat dependent on the steelmill, and itīs also good having a place where people can work that are not educated. We get less and less of manual work for people that are good with their hands, but canīt take an education which is a pity for a society as not all can be researchers, professors etc. Concerning integration of people from Turkey, Pakistan, Serbia etc. it has also been working out well because they could get a job there. Itīs difficult integrating people who are illiterate and used to life in a mountainvillage. The backside of progress I guess - that not all have the talent or right environment backing them up for getting an education while society gets more and more freed from manual labour. I could go on but I wonīt bug you with all my talk:-) Take care

Thank you - I hate places like this, but it means a lot to the local area in terms of jobs

As Mary said Annemette... Your words are the view... :)
But, would there be work enough around without the steel mill... At least today when they build factories, here at least, they must have a better view environmentally so as not to be an eyesore... not like the haphazard way of long ago...
Lovely tones and textures again plus the red really jumps...:)
Onie...

This view really shows what you write. All the greys and textures- and great use of red.
