Thank you Cathy. The frame is on a lower layer and the photo layer is skewed slightly to give it a "spilling out" look. Outside the black ode of the frame, a gray frame is added, the same color as the background of UF, F3F3F3. This makes it look like it is spilling onto the UF page itself.
