What I find strange is that the grain apperas more visible in the lights. Usually the opposite is the case, but sometimes the opposite happens. I would like to know how this can happen, so I have to read some more about films/grain/exposure.

There is noise in the image. Considering the subject matter the amount of noise is acceptable. More noticable in the whites and such

I didn't quite get that passage about the noise, though. Do you mean that there is too much grain or that the grain fits well here? I have my doubts about the grain, so I would be grateful if you could elaborate on this.
