Titia, the crop works well don't you think. It's a much stronger image than the original. However the framing and the font you have used doesn't do much for me, there is too much wasted space either side of the verse. Maybe a smaller classier font and right justified might do the trick, worth experimenting I think.

This is much better with excellent colors. When you cut wood you get warm twice. Once when cutting and then when burning. Well done. Don.
