Not a difficult thing to do with studio strobes, since they fire at 1/6,400th of a second! ;)
I was pretty surprised when I viewed this image on the computer, though. I didn't think she had jumped that high and with my mirror up, I had missed her facial expression, as I was really concentrating on catching her at the zenith.

This was just one strobe on the model, just above her with a soft box. My other strobe had a green gel pointed at the seamless.
Ami was truly fearless, willing to do anything in front of the camera. It was fun!
