Yes, M, I WAS looking at Doyles portfolio and as I commented to him, I was impressed. You couldn't have a better tutor, and it is good having a friend over there, although my best man at my wedding is living in Antioch, Ca.

Doyle, I took a peek at YOUR portfolio and was most impressed with not only your selection, but your quality of shot was above average. I particularly noted your effort to make each pic interesting with clever captions and thoughtful 'about' comments. It's a pity more members didn't take the time...

Love the parrots John . . . we raise them up here and they're so very smart . . . though Rosellas and lorikeets are much more common here in the USA . . . Great capture of this lovely bird.
