1/ Take care of that beautiful body of yours (sunbaking inclusice - but not for too long).

Thank Joel, the blue was from my magazine I was reading at the time :) Came in handy! Yeah I know I should slip, slop slap (impressed you've retained some Aussie-ism's btw) probably should wear a swim suit too?!
