I like the framing through the ironwork, Hanggan, and your b/w toning adds a lot to the shot.

This would be a nice capture, but there is too much things on it and it is difficult to distinguish the subject. I like the pov with these bars in the foreground, but unfortunately I think that they also play a detrimental role for seeing the woman since they attract the eyes. Adding the fact that she wears clear clothes and the background is also clear so it doesn't help.
I like the different lines and structures in your shot, and the tonal range is well managed.
This is in fact a difficult capture you've done my friend and you succeeded in many points..
