The colors reminds me of Klimt's paintings. Very good eye and composition, you turned an otherwise cluttered image into a strong photograph by using the tree trunk as a good anchor for the autumn leaves and separating the green from the warm tones.
I'm learning just by oberving your techniques Shirley! Well done!

Uhhhh . . . Saturation . . . Party of ONE . . . step right this way please! We have your heavy saturation table ready for you right over here in the turgid vats of pure molten colors room.
Lovely colors but . . . uhhhhh . . . to my eye . . . . uhhhh . . . oh, I guess I'll just say it! It seems a tad bit heavy in the saturation department! (Suprise . . . didn't see that comment coming I'd bet!)
That being said, Dearest Shirley . . . I should like to point out that the image is, nevertheless, an incredible one. Fine details and good composition . . . and I'm betting you wanted that increased saturation. Is that the same Hemlock Socrates used to wash down his last meal?? Here's yet another suprising comment for you . . . "Unique work my friend"! :)
