About Taken today deep in Great Falls National Park, Marlyand side away from all of the insane crowds in the main portion of the park. No polarizer used in this; just great light and stopped it back about 2 stops. Let me know how you like... :)

You had to be laying down for this shot. Excellent perspective. I love the rich earthy tones and the different colors of the leaves on the trees. The amount of sky and clouds in this photo is perfect.

It's great that areas like this will be around forever for all to enjoy. 7+!

Hi Rob,

It's the wide angle that makes this shot for me - the converging lines of the trees towards the top are great. Also, very well exposed - no blown out parts and no under exposed bits, a nice and high dynamic range. The crisp autumn feel is cool, made stronger by the light through the trees. Very good shot.

Cheers,

Hugo
