SUCH A GREAT, SHOT THAT I AM WAITING FOR IT TO FLY. IS IT TRUE THAT ALL THE BIRDS LEFT LAKE MARTIN EARLIER THAN NORMAL? I RED ABOUT IT IN THE ADVOCATE. ONE DAY I HOPE TO GO THERE FOR A LOOK. REGARDS -- SONNY P-S HOPE ALL IS GOING OK WITH YOUR FAMILY.

Thank you so much! This is a great pic. I tried all day Monday to get these guys, but I just couldn't get close enough for a good shot. They are so shy. And colorful.

Beautiful capture Darlene. Wood Ducks are among the most spectacular waterfowl. We have some near campus, but they are juveniles and unfortunately lacking the amazing colors of the adults. I am planning to go to the Santee Lake in San Diego to get some shot of these guys. But I have to wait until January... Any way, congratulations for this excellent picture. Take care. Yamil
