Indeed, Andre, it is good to have variety. I have photos of many different kinds but unfortunately I don't see any other way than posting them folder after folder, or else I'll lose track what I posted and what I didn't post yet.
Oh well, a little patient. After Lucerne my plants will be coming.
Bye and thank you very much.
Nick

Dear Annemette, thanks a lot for the lovely comment! I keep on discovering every day. So much that I have to ask myself, what an ignorant I must be ;-)
Capturing a mood *is* matter of technique, experience and skills, which unfortunately do not fall from the skies. What we see with our eyes is way not what the camera captures, especially considering the fact that our brain filters anything away that our eyes can see but is of no further interest or even distracting for some particular scene. No camera can do that. It is the skill of the photographer.
But in the long run you are right. Through learning we are more and more capable to transfer the real existing mood on a limited flat photo, using exactly that, what we learned. Then we can really capture that, what we name "mood". And we should do that, since it is one of the high targets in photography - and arts in general.
That sweet flower is a very resistent one. I took that photo in the "cold time" but the flower didn'tn seem to care. I'll also post some of them blossoming under snow!
Thanks again and keep well!
Nick
P.S.: Always except the unexpected from math freaks. ;-)

Dear Nick You must have discovered by now that although I want to learn to get better at photography I´m much more interested in the mood in an image. This beautiful flower hopefully have strong roots to withstand the cold mountainair. Nice blurry background. All the best, Annemette:)

Thank you very much, Vandi. Unfortunately the top of the plant is not quite in focus, though.
Best wishes,
