If I could just get her to keep the mud off her nost, Mary. Taken with a very heavy telephoto that taxed my steadiness. Teensie loves to hear from admirers. I will add you to her list. Anson

A stunning close up Anson. The eyes brilliant. And the colours so definite but warm.

Yes, Gabriela, we always let her in after her morning walk. Sorry you lost Ichiban. We had a little dog, Taffy, that was the best dog ever walking this earth and we miss her still. So I know how you can become attached to an animal, like we art to Teensie. My wife, Lilla, calls her "The Princess". Anson

Oh, Anson, this is great!!! That face is so funny! Those eyes so wondering....did you let her in? I once had a Tom cat just like this, same black and white pattern. Its name was Ichiban (Number One) because he was first born, and we loved each other greatly, as he was born in my hands and grew up in my hands. I lost him a long time ago, but the memories are still there! Thank you for showing this shot! Gabriela

Cats capture humans, Matthew, not the reverse. I like this one too, because it shows the intensity with which a cat can get its message across. We get this look several times a day, Matthew, and it always works for her. Anson

Somewhat independent and inflexible in her demands, but yes, a nice cat, Ana. Thanks for the comment. I will forward same on to Teensie. Anson

This little gal showed up pregnant about 4 years ago, Jan, had 3 beautiful kittens in a pouring rainstorm under a camellia bush and eventually became a family member. She can't handle strangers but has gradually learned about our visiting family members and has trained quite effectively another large feral male who spends most of his time waiting for breakfast and dinner. Thanks for the nice comment. Anson

Love this shot. As cat and dog person and feeder of feral cats, I see this so often at home that the picture almost looked like it was taken out our kitchen window. Our feral friends are always staring in and we love their comapny and attention. --Jan

Thanks for the note, Susan. Didn't know whether a handheld 400 mm telephoto lens would be shake free at 1/60 but not so bad. This peering through the door window while on the outside banister is a regular thing with her. She is a feral cat who thinks she merits all the nice things, like a roof and AC. Anson
