Hi Steve. I like your work so much that I cannot help asking you questions. How did you manage to capture such a sharp image with a such a slow slide film (Vevlia 50 ISO) and such a long lens (500 mm)? I am puzzled. I use 80mm-320mm Pentax Zoom Lens and 2 X S Converter, and if I used any slide film slower than 400 in similar situations, I would get blurry image.

nice capture steve. i like the lighting on the bird and the background. did you do any cropping to the image? also, in my opinion, the cropping is fine because it shows where it was taken...alaska.

A very good wildlife study Steve. I think a picture like this would be better if viewed in larger size to do it justice.

It is hard to get the exposure of this subject spot on and you have done really well here.
