Amen dear friend!

Yeah, I know what you mean. I tend to shoot a lot of pictures when I have a subject like this and hope for the best. When skill collides with luck, that's when we shine our brightest.

Thank you very much, SQirl!

I had quite a bit of good luck too, on this one.

Many thanks again and best wishes.

Many many thanks, Giuseppe!

Capturing such shapes seems to get to one of my favorites, exactly because of their "freedom" to do whatever they want. I find it exciting to wait until the film is processed and then see what the capture is like.

Have a nice (approaching) weekend.

James, thank you very much for the nice comment.

I guess, it has been a bit of luck, too, since you can never say what the surface of the water will look like, at the capturing moment. So I turn the camera in such a way that the boundary between light and shadow runs diagonally from the upper right to the bottom left and shot a couple of photos, hoping that some of them would be satisfactory.

Many thanky again!

I love this shot, Nick - the transition from the dark area on the top left to the bright bottom right of the shot is excellent.

All the best, SQirl

Nick, I like the perfect clearness of this changing mysterious shapes that make free fancy and thoughts.
Good night Nick.

That's pretty nice. Just enough undulations. A good balance of dead space at the two corners. Well done.
