I like the composition with the church steeple in the background. Well done on not blowing it out too. As mentioned the time chosen was just right, showing the shape of the water. Focus is good, with nice softness on the fountain bowl thanks to the flowing water. My only complaint would be the lack of light on the left side of the fountain. Not easy to fix I realise, but if you felt like it maybe a reflector would have helped. :)
Good shot all in all, not easy in that cluttered area with so many lights around.

nice shot! this should be on a postcard!! I really like the way you caught the water against the dark sky. to get nitpicky, i'd probably crop the bottom just a tad to get the edge out of there.
did you happen to get any shots with the entire fountain against the sky only??

Very smart to focus on the front of the fountain. It draws the viewer right to it. A good selection of time exposure to get the water shape. An excellent shot. Well thought out. Congratulations.
