Steve The question is what do you think? To award a shot that is worthy of an award such as this would not be playing favorites in anyones eyes.
Yamil has not recieved an award from you in almost 4 months, and he does post very many photos.
I think to not give this one a award is worse then awarding a non deserving shot, Or to pass on this only to feel the timing is right and award a less spectacular photo!
you only need to close your eyes to the photographer, The amount of awards he or she has recieved, your association with them and give out awards as deserved!
If you cant do that then I think its time to pass the torch.....
