I absolutely love this perspective of this fascinating sailing ship which appears to flying Swedish colours in the topmast, though I could be well out with that and of course the American flag at the stern. I am again saddened that there are no details available with regard to this vessel. Great photography though John-Eric. Cheers my friend.....Ray

John-Eric:
I like the subject matter in this shot and think it would be of interest to a lot of different people. A great feel for the times presented in a very well composed shot. The thumbnail image made me think this was a straight shot of the back but I was pleasantly suprised to see the oblique angle and trailing wake when I opened it.
While there is a tendency to try to get the lines straight up and down in regards to the mast . . . the fact is that these ships are bouyant and more often the mast is not 100% perpendicular to the horizon. Speaking of the horizon . . . It seems off by about 1 heading upward on the right side and I would adjust for that . . . Other than that you pulled in some outstanding color and clarity.
Nicely Done!

Regards,
Doyle I <~~~~~
