Very droll PeTa,

Anyone in mind? Are you putting your hand up? (LOL) I look! But such people are hard to find. I even advertised!!! Niente! But I am off to Europe in Oct/Dec this year (mainly Spain,Italy and Germany), so who knows, I might get lucky and find the right person to suit.

Yes, I could have said they were copies, but I wanted people to look ( I mean look - at just how good these people were). I will not make a cent nor do I want to. Like my compositioin "Bipolar", I donated it to a good cause.

Ciao Giovanni

Dear Narabia
As I said to Ana, I could have been up front, but I just had to get peoples' reaction first. No intention to mislead, rather, as I named them, they are "to pay homage!" To photographers who are barely rembered (which is so sad - For how quickly history is rewritten) But if you look closely at the details, I simply say that the camera and less used, are very old. LOL

John,

Of course photos are great. I just thought that you arranged a photo session in the style o 20s.
Anyway it was worth to stop by.

Missunderstanding comes from information re camera which in fact, at the tame when was used for these photos, was young not very old. It is very old now ;)

BR,
narabia Monika

Dear Narabia

Thank you very much. You would realise that these images are not mine (they actually from the 20's), and extremely old photographs that I have spent months "cleaning up and bringing back to life". So, in a way, they are my children. But what I wanted, was for people to appreciate just how good these photographers were, given the period and lack of gedgets and stuff we have now and, perhaps share the same sense of awe that I have for these beautiful pictures.
