Collections and similar details always are the best elements for "composition study"
As you have used these windows very well to creat a harmonic composition.
This shot is realy very well and a high step in your portfolio, 6 windows as 6 lifes with appear/disappear people behind!
The one in the lower right catch the eyes, he/she has an interesting mood and look that enhanced the feel of your shot.
Black & white exposure is the best choice for this idea. Nice contemporary messeage your simply shot share with us.
Just as improvement; a bit rotate to the right and a bit skew for the upper windows could be helpful.

Good work dear Nasima,
if there was no distortion it would feels better than this, I mean you were not absolutely perpendicular to the wall so this happened,
( I know you are not shooting to be a pro and you are shooting for your deep inside and ...)
