Between the two versions, the bird on the left is stronger.
The subject is what is behind the bird--something the bird has left behind perhaps.
In thumbnail I thought it was a US flag. Was curious why you might be shooting US flags. Hahaha. Of course you weren't.
Animals can be so disobedient for photographers.

Aliihsan as the bird is loking out of the picture space our eyes tend to follow and also look out of the picture.Generally our eyes will follow the eyes of the main subject. ,but good attempt.

Dave ,
thanks a lot for your comment it means a lot to me that someone is intrested in my work.
the bird is at the roof of near building ,when i saw the bird i run to my room and take my camera but i was just able to take few shots and the bird escaped.
This is the best tahat i can get in those few shots. If i see a bird again i will try to do better.
As u say "that the eye always moves from left to right or from down to up in a photo" i put the bird at the right of the photo maybe it makes it little better.
By the way i love my cats a$$ more than this photo!!!
thanks a lot best regards Aliihsan

I gotta say, sure beats a cat's a$$.
Now, about this photo. I see a good attempt here at composition. It is interesting and obviously with thought. But to the eye, it may be confusing.
I say that because the eye wants to move in a certain direction. I believe, but could be wrong, that the eye always moves from left to right or from down to up in a photo. With your bird there, facing in that direction and the pink lines behind him, it tends to make me want to leave the focus and travel to the edge of the page where there is no subject.
Maybe that could have worked different with a stronger pink line presence, I don't know. I also understnad you weren't able to get the bird to face the right direction nor move the lines. That's why I say it is a good attempt at composition with what you were working with.
And then, it may be very pleasant to others as far as the comp goes. Bottom line, though, is that it is a thousand times better than your cat photo.
Best wishes, Dave
