About This one seems to reasonably sharp and well exposed. About the only thing this digital camera lacks is a flag in the viewfinder that says "Press Now--Good Photo Chance." The faster response and automatic everything means that I will probably miss fewer shots fumbling with the controls...

The honeysuckle! They bloom extensively around here, too. Those that have double number of petals are a challenge. This is a correct shot, Roger!I love the shape of the lower bud which is just about to turn into a flower.

Good to hear from you, Jim. I have been staying away from Usefilm for a while, too. I shall be concentrating on immsersive panoramas for a while, having got some expensive kit for it, and hoping to make some sales. (!)

Hi Roger. I just stopped in to say hello since I haven't been too active in UF lately.

I like your recent flower shots. I have been noticing this flower recently growing to impressive heights. Also enjoying the "ajisai", as always this time of year.

Beautifully detailed, Gorgeous colours and a fantastic humerous observation of your new camera Roger. This is a lovely looking study and these first four shots from your new camera are a great start to the fun I am sure you will get out of it. Well done to you my friend....enjoy yourself. All the best and great to have you back.....Ray

Thank you. It's my favourite, too. The D200 is heavier and much more complicated than I am used to. At the moment I am using it like a "Point and Shoot" camera until I get used to it. I DO like the 10.5mm fisheye lens!! More from that later...
