This is definitely a photo to get people talking and I think that's what the best journalism photos do.

Glad to see some North Americans aren't alone in their negative sentiments towards the Bush government.

Good provocative shot . . . have to echo Kambiz . . . and wonder why they're looking up??
Also agree the poor innocent people should be released . . . just hang on to the guilty and / or rich ones!
Good provocative journalistic shots like this can be judged by the kinds of comments elicited by the viewers. The power of photography is demonstrated. Judging from the comments here . . . this is a very good one.
:)

Doyle I <~~~~~

> Yes Paul it is shocking what is done to anti- Bush, war, U.S., government, ect.,ect...protesters in this country. And it is so clear who controls the vast media of the U.S., where virtual no dissent of Bush or government is to be seen and prisons are overflowing with political prisoners.

Does President Bush relized he's hated?
Or, does he think he's loved?
Rrealize that he is in a bubble made by
Karl Rove, and in this bubble, he has done no wrong.

There were also such demontrations in New York City, but all peaceful protesters were corralled like sheep and hauled off to jail. They were all released later, no charges filed.

You see, as long as it LOOKS on TV as if Dear Leader is supported, that's all that matters.

Why are almost everybody looking up?
Are there any American military jets takes photos of them?
Also I wonder when that kind of movement get momentum in order that famous man pull out his troops out of Iraq, South part of Iran, Afganistan and release those poor innocent people in Guantanamo Bay prison in Cuba??
