excellent shot, i prefer the crop of michael here better, but yours is also good. The colors are amazing. Pity you didn't get the chance to capture a good shadow of the balloon on the meadow. And that you had such a big foreground shadow. If you only had the shadow of the balloon on the ground in front of the picture, it would be just perfect.

I really like this shot. I think it can be improved by cropping some of the foreground out and from the left of the balloon, placing the subject off center. I hope you don't mind, but to show you what I mean I cropped the image, sharpened a little bit and reposted. In my opinion, I think this makes a stronger image. Great shot, vivid colors and a very interesting subject.
