Wonderful atmosphere really very well composed and realized.
The light and the color nuances made the phot but the crowing touch is the blurred effect of the water stream under the frozen surface.
A Superb PHOTO!!

Beautiful colors and composition. I like the slow shutter speed which makes this a dreamy type of image. I like the detail in the rocks as well. Great shot!
