Thanks so much for checking this photo out again. I am so glad that you like it better.
Rudimentary is a good word for this background I used. It is a piece of fabric that will not wrinkle. It's mostly polyester I am sure. Then I
take it into photoshop and iron it again.
I take a trip to the fabric store and check out what they have and buy a yard or so of solid colors and anything else that catches my eye. They also have some beautiful watercolor fabric that I want to try as backgrouds.

This does work out much nicer, I'm noticing details in the teapot that I missed before, like the design around the top and on the spout. I really like how clean the candle came out looking. I'm curious - what do you use for background? I've got a very rudimentary set of backgrounds, but I'm always looking to upgrade :)
